We follow a Strict No-Return Policy. Once a product is purchased, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. We encourage you to review product details and photos carefully before placing your order.

2. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for a different size or a different product of the same or higher value.

• Timeframe: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.

• Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags intact. Items showing any signs of wear, scent, or damage will be rejected.

• Shipping: The cost of return shipping to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.

How to Initiate an Exchange

2. Verification: Attach a clear photo of the unused item and its tags.

3. Approval: Once approved, we will share the return address and a payment link for the ₹100 fee.

4. Dispatch: Your replacement will be shipped after we receive and verify your original item.
